The project plan should include:​

  • Activity plan listing key milestones​
  • Organization chart and roles​
  • KPIs or how you plan to measure your goals​
  • Impact plan: How you plan to achieve long term goals​
  • Risk assessment and mitigation plan​

Upload project budget

Project budget should include: 

  • List activities to be financed by award money​
  • How other parts of the project are being financed (equity, other co-financers, etc)
