You will receive a link from your employer to download your mobile travel insurance card. The card can be added to your phone’s wallet app. It includes your company’s name, policy number and the contact details for the travel emergency assistance service. You will need the policy number, for example, when filing a claim with If or contacting the travel emergency assistance provider.

The standard of the hospitals/clinics can vary between countries and our assistance partners will help you find the best preferred clinic in their quality controlled network. They can also, in most situations, place a guarantee of payment. and monitor your treatment.

If you have already paid the costs for your treatment or have other costs due to travel claim, you can fill in a claim form and find more information about filing the claim and what documents you may need to send us.
If you are seeking compensation for other persons covered by the insurance, you need their full name, date of birth and contact information.
Please keep all medical documentation like medical reports, prescriptions and receipts, as we may ask them from you later on.
If handles your claim without any delay but at least within 30 days. We will send you the decision by email or via your If My Pages or Employee Pages. File your claim within one year from the date of the expense.
