The prices and recording of phone calls
Numbers beginning with 010 19
- A standard mobile phone charge as specified by your telephone service provider. When calling from a landline, the charge is a local network charge.
Numbers beginning with 010 51
- 8,35 cents per call + 16,69 cents per minute, both when calling from a mobile phone and a landline. Numbers beginning with 010 51 can be ones related to our commercial customer service, for example.
We record some of our customer phone calls. We use the recordings to develop our quality of service as well as training our employees. The recordings are only handled by a select group of people, who are bound by a confidentiality agreement.

It is easy and fast to report your claim also on My Pages. My Pages are currently available in Finnish and Swedish.
