Frequently asked questions about My Pages Business

My Pages Business is our online service for businesses. It has gradually replaced the previous service, eFolder.

You have received instructions and a login link by email, but in case you are unsure which service to use or have trouble logging in, please contact us and we are happy to help.

The eFolder online service is closed. Those previously using eFolder have been invited to use the new My pages Business service or If Login. If you are unsure which service to use or have trouble logging in, please contact us, we are happy to help.

Contact customer service

You will receive an invitation to the My Pages by email. When you log in to the site for the first time, you will need a one-time link in the invitation. You log in to your own pages securely with your personal bank ID or mobile certificate.

How do I log in to the My Page after the first time?

When you have logged in to the My Pages for the first time, you can log in to the My Pages via the if.fi pages in the future, for example from the Login menu at the top of the page.

You can assign different user permissions on the My Pages Business according to users' individual needs. Check what each level of access allows.

You can use the My Pages Business in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and English. You can conveniently select a language from the language menu at the top of the page.

You can report a claim by filling out a claims form on the My Pages Business. You can find the correct claim form in the information on each insurance, under the Insurance tab. On our claims page you can find more information on how we can help you in a business claims situation.

You can download the insurance validity certificate in My Pages on the Documents tab.

You can report insurance changes on the insurance tab. Just select the insurance for which you want to make changes.
