Motor liability insurance is statutory and compensates for personal injuries suffered by everyone involved in the crash. Motor liability insurance also covers damage to the counterparty's vehicle and property. The deductible for motor liability insurance reimbursements is not deducted unless the deductible has been specifically sought for insurance. The insurance will be compensated for damages in Green Card contracting countries not covered by the European Economic Area (EEA), such as Russia, for which the driver of the vehicle is personally liable to third parties. One time compensation personal injury significantly increases the protection provided by statutory motor liability insurance. We pay a lump sum if the person has suffered a physical injury or has died in a road accident as a driver or passenger of a vehicle. However, passengers who pay for safety, such as bus or taxi passengers, are not compensated for the security. The amount of the lump sum depends on the severity of the injury. We tow the vehicle to the repair shop if your journey is interrupted as a result of a fault, damage, or derailment of the vehicle. If the car has to be redeemed, the insurance compensation is better than the current market price normally paid. We increase the compensation by 30% on top of the current market price or pay the price of a new car. The price of a new car can be obtained if the car has been purchased from a branded store in Finland, the first registration of the car has taken up to one year in the event of damage, the car has been divided by a maximum of 200,000 kilometres and the estimated repair costs are more than 50% of the new value of the whole car. Otherwise, the compensation shall be increased by a maximum of 30 %. The maximum price of a new similar car at the time of the accident is paid.
