The one-year program offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth through engagement in various tasks across the organization - all while making amazing new friends and a huge network! After the program, all trainees move into permanent roles in If.
Our Trainees have different backgrounds, skill sets and personalities –what unites them is their critical thinking and ability to act on their ideas. In 2024 we are recruiting to the following three trainee programs: Analyst & Actuary, Underwriting and Risk Management & Claims.
